1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents for cytometric analysis in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The reagents listed in point 1 must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Unfulfillment even one of the absolute requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. Reagents will be delivered on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 21 business days from the date of submission orders. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Immunology and Clinical Transplantology Laboratory of the UCK, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80-214 Gdańsk.
