Copy of IGE and Statement of Work attached.The National Cemetery Administration is looking for interested parties who wish to submit an offer for the collection and disposal of solid waste and recyclables that are generated on Government owned and Government operated premises at Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Spring, CO 80925 Period of Performance: Date of Award - 365 days plus (4) one-year options if exercisedThe specific requirement for recyclables is for the collection and transport to a certified recycling center, of newspaper, magazines, catalogs, phonebooks, office & computer paper, paperboard, cardboard, plastic containers #1 thru #7, metal food and beverage cans, foil wrap and aluminum pans, milk, juice and soup cartons, glass bottles and jars on Government-owned and Government-operated premises at Pikes Peak NC.Specific questions about the site must be submitted to the contracting officer via email at [email protected]. No later than 2:00PM EDT on 11/15/2023.Evaluation Process:The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract, resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 (b)(1).Quotes will be evaluated to determine the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:Pricing: The total sum of all CLINs for the base and four options, will represent the total evaluated price.Past performance.
