Tenders are invited for 360 Smart Train Inspection System for HTD
The scope of work shall include site surveys, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the 360o Smart Train Inspection System, as well as provision of necessary training, technical supports and warranty. The system shall utilize high-resolution cameras, image processing, optical measurement, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies, etc. to perform functions including but not limited to the following, as the passenger trains pass through the system:
Identifying and reporting abnormalities on various train components, such as the roof, bodysides, underframe, bogie visible components, and wheel tread, etc.
Measuring and reporting abnormalities related to pantograph carbon strip wear, centerline deviation, brake pad thickness, wheel profile, and wear, etc.
Collecting and storing high-resolution images, measurement data, and inspection results. Data analytics will be applied for wear trend analysis, predictive and prescriptive maintenance.
Additionally, the project shall also involve E&M provisions in plant room and trackside area to provide necessary power supply and network, etc.
