1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medical equipment - insulin pumps for UCK with technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of employees Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party of this order includes the following parts: Part 1 - Insulin pumps - type 1 - 265 pcs. with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to the SWZ, Part 2 - Insulin pumps - type 2 - 35 pcs. about parameters technical specifications specified in Annex 4b to the SWZ, 3.The above-mentioned medical equipment must meet the limits specified as appropriate in Annexes No. 4a, 4b to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
