1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagent kits in the CPR system for immunochemiluminescence determinations, along with the lease of an analyzer for the Central Clinical Laboratory of the UCK, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. The leased analyzer together with additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in: rejection of the offer. 4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning. 5. If terms indicating a type, standard, trademark or trademark are used in the documentation regarding the proceedings in question origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer.
