1. The subject of the order in this tender procedure is the supply of medicinal products, including those under drug programs, hereinafter referred to as "goods", in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and Price Form" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The order is divided into 27 parts (packages). In the Assortment and Price Form, in the appropriate columns of individual parts, the quantities that will be left are indicated ordered by the Independent Public Health Care Center of the University Clinical Hospital No. 2 of the Medical University of Lodz, the Independent Public Health Care Center of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Medical University of Lodz, N. Barlicki Medical University in Łódź and the Independent Public Health Care Center Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź.
