1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees. 2. Subject this order includes the following parts: Part 1 - Fridge/freezer (1 pc.) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ, Part 2 - Ophthalmic ultrasound (1 pc.) with technical parameters specified in Annex no 4b to SWZ, Part 3 - Ultrasound scanner (1 pc.) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ, Part 4 - Anesthesia machine (1 pc.) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4d to the SWZ, Part 5 - Infusion pump set (1 set) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4e to the SWZ, Part 6 - Sequential compression device (7 pcs.) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4f to the SWZ, Part 7 - Cardiac monitor (1 pc.) about technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4g to the SWZ, 3. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the limit parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to the SWZ, respectively. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f and 4g to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
