1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LEGODON, ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT, through the GAA 2026 - KKB CDD GRANT intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR AND 78/100 PESOS (₱2, 487, 994.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SP ID 321442 CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) UNIT CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER WITH AMENITIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY LEGODON, ESPERANZA, SULTAN KUDARAT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 70 CALENDAR DAYS.
