The contractor must mainly carry out the following activities: 1. Carrying out (maintenance) dredging work on the basis of a dredging program for the following areas: • Eems fairway - North Sea; • Eemshaven access channel; • Passing lanes and waiting place. 2. Carrying out the following services: • Carrying out monthly surveys of the dredging areas; • Drawing up a proposed dredging program based on the surveys; • Carrying out work and demonstrating surveys; • Delivering area data so that the region is able to fulfill its role as asset manager and ENCs (Electronic Navigation Charts) can be created; • Providing the necessary permits and notifications; • Informing stakeholders of dredging actions.
