Description: The assignment concerns the delivery of response service to maritime incidents in the Caribbean Netherlands for a period of 5 years. The service consists of making a ship available and a result obligation to be ready in time before the start of the control of oil pollution of less than 16 m³ in the territorial sea. The fight against oil pollution is then handled independently by the candidate. In addition, the candidate is asked to take care of the management and maintenance of the equipment placed on the islands by the contracting authority. The candidate is also asked to provide commitment during exercises.
