Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is:

a) successive delivery of reagents for the Analytical and Hematological Laboratory of CLK for UCK, in the assortment, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

b) lease of an automatic hematology line - 1 piece for UCK - parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts because such a division in these proceedings is inappropriate, as the ordered product rangement must be compatible with the leased system, therefore delivery from one contractor will guarantee compliance with this condition. Additionally, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but it provides for the Ordering Party's right to divideorder, therefore it is impossible to allege that such action is illegal due to the lack of a norm imposing an obligation to divide.

3. Mentioned in point 1a, reagents must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in thespecified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.

4. Mentioned in point 1b, the equipment must meet the parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
