The City of Dumaguete thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites all interested manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and/or distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the SUPPLY of:

1. 3000 bottles Multivitamins with Iron Syrup 60 ml bottle, p84, 000.00

2. 2000 bottles Multivitamins with Iron Drops 15 ml bottle, p50, 000.00

Purpose: Micronutrient supplementation for children to be distributed in different Barangays

Note: All Supplies preferably two (2) years before expiration and should be replaced three (3) months prior to epxiration

Note: Non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php200.00

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: Php134, 000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
