OFFICE SUPPLIES EXPENSES



1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-six pesos Only (P1, 398, 376.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Office Supplies Expenses under PR No. 100-26-01-0084. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 3 units Document Scanner..., etc. (14 items). Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty Calendar Days (20 CDs). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
