Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies / Equipment

1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the TRUST FUND apply for re-bid for the sum of ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY EIGHT PESOS (P101, 078.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies / Equipment (PR No. 300-16-07-1926). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.





2. The City Government of Zamboanga now invites Bids 3 rolls Gauze rolls 36x100 yards (hospital size), 15 boxes clean gloves, 10 boxes sterile gloves, et.al. Delivery of the GOODS is required for Ten [10] Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within a period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
