Description : The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "3 lots Provision of Printing of Graduation Program and Other Printing Materials and Supplies" through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
