You must attend the site visit to be eligible to submit a proposal. Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 23 July 2026. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must send their names with the RSVP.
The initial site visit will be held on Tuesday, 28 July, 2026, at 9 am. Everyone will meet at the main entrance of B3221. If you require base access, details will be coordinated with you at the time of RSVP.
Proposal due date for Step-one is 1 September, 2026 at 2pm CT.
