PROCUREMENT OF SECOND QUARTER IT SUPPLIES
Mode of Procurement: Small Value Procurement
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the RA 12314, FY-2026 Government Appropriation Act (GAA) and RA 12009, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱441, 350.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Second-Quarter IT Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX hereby requests quotations from interested suppliers for the Procurement of Second-Quarter IT Supplies in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009.
3) Scope of Procurement
The procurement covers the supply and delivery of various IT Supplies and Equipment as detailed in the attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
4) Delivery Requirement
Delivery shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
