2nd Pre-Qualification for Building Works for LTA Project Contract PD218
Published : 08 May 2024 02:35PMRemarks(1) Applicants shall note that registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under CW01 "General Building" workhead in financial category A1 OR Limited A1 is the minimum qualifying criteria for this PQ exercise. (2) Applicants should demonstrate that they have the necessary: (2a) Technical expertise, project management capability and physical resources in the design and construction of similar works; and (2b) Financial capacity to undertake and sustain a multi-million dollar project in Singapore. Applicants shall specify the consultant(s) and architectural firm(s) they intend to engage for the design. The applicants shall submit the track records of the proposed consultant(s) and architectural firm(s), which shall include a comprehensive list of both completed and current works of similar scale and/or nature. (3) TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA): Applicants are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA: Term NDA for access to 2PQ Brochure, password will only be provided AFTER (3a) Term NDA declaration; and (3b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA. The Authority reserve the right to require Applicants to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted. (4) Applicants shall request for an Application Number via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading as "2PQ_PD218 - Request for Application No.". (5) SUBMISSIONS: All PQ applications must be submitted electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal by the closing date and time for submission.
