Description : 2ND INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR THE EOSY 2023-2024 ACTIVITIES
1. The Cadiz East Elementary School II of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos Only (Php. 16, 540.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for The Purchase of Supplies for the EoSY 2023-2024 Activities . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cadiz East Elementary School II of Cadiz City now invites bids for The Purchase of Supplies for the EoSY 2023-2024 Activities . Delivery of the Goods is required 3 days before the events. Bidders should have completed, within 3 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
