The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 20% Development Fund CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Six Thousand Seventy Three Pesos and Sixty Nine Centavos (₱206, 073.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Vertical Deep Well Water Pump and Water System located at Dupax District Hospital (DDH), Dupax Del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
