Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

1. The DepEd-Division of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee invites possible suppliers for 2FB - PROCUREMENT OF PASTEURIZED COWS MILK FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SBFP-MILK 2023 (SUB-ARO # RO-6-23-0019) - NDA (NATIONAL DAIRY AUTHORITY) with Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT PESOS ONLY (Php 8, 724, 268.00). Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DepEd-Division of Negros Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally and financially capable contractors for the mentioned project.
