1. The subject of the proceedings is financed from a targeted subsidy from the Minister of Health for the implementation of the task in 2026: "purchase of equipment and apparatus under the National Transplantation Program through the purchase of equipment and equipment for heart transplant centers with the highest transplant activity.
2. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b and 4c to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment, along with installation and training of employees Ordering Party.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 Patient lift (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to the SWZ;
Part 2 Videobronchofiberoscope (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4b to SWZ;
Part 3 Thromboelastometer (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ;
4. The above-mentioned equipment must meet boundary conditions specified in Annex 4a, 4b and 4c to the SWZ, respectively. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in Appendix 4a, 4b and 4c to the SWZ, respectively, will result in rejection of the offer.
