1. The subject of the proceedings is carried out within the framework of a special-purpose subsidy from the Minister of Health for the implementation of the task entitled: "purchase of equipment and apparatus under the National Transplant Program by purchasing equipment and apparatus for anesthesiology and intensive care departments with the highest donation activity in 2025.
2. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with specified technical parameters in Annex No. 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment, including installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 Ultrasound scanner (3 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to SWZ;
Part 2 Defibrillator (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to the SWZ;
Part 3 Transport respirator (2 pieces)
with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ;
