The subject of the order is: Delivery of a kit for large-scale genome testing using the next generation sequencing (NGS) techniquefor the Laboratory of Screening Tests of Biological Activity and Collection of Biological Material of the Medical University of Wrocław, consisting of the following elements:

1. Medium Throughput Next Generation Sequencer (NGS) with 3-year service period;

2. NGS fluorimeter boilswith the reagents necessary to start the device/starter package;

3. Automated gel electrophoresis solution enabling qualification and quantification of nucleic acid samples during next generation sequencing (NGS) library creation;

4. Automatic pipetting stationpreparing libraries for next generation sequencing (NGS);

5. 3-day implementation training for 4 people.
