Description : 1) The DPWH-MP1stDEO, through the FY 2026 GAA intends to apply the sum of PHP 66, 198, 999.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26PI0112- ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME 1: Ensure Safe and Reliable National Road System, Network Development Program- Construction of By-Pass and Diversion Roads, Chico Karayan Bridge- Lanao- Tikitik Bypass Road, Sta. 1+510 - Sta. 1+790, Mountain Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
