Province-Ilocos Sur National Road in support of the Heirloom Rice, Banana Chips, Coffee and other Industries, Sta. 1+702.5 - Sta. 1+843.5, Tadian, Mountain Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
