CENTRAL SECTOR NORTH - EAST SOUTH - WEST SECTOR Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by prices unitaires. Technical equipment must be checked periodically by an inspection office. These controls constitute a regulatory obligation to be respected. The equipment concerned by these controls is among others: electricity, gas, smoke extraction, elevators, SSI, etc. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. For each batch, the maximum amount of orders per community, is as follows: For lot n°01 - CENTRAL SECTOR Toulouse Métropole: 120, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per period City of Toulouse: 360, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per period The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
