Tender Details

Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. Technical equipment must be checked periodically by a control office. These controls constitute a regulatory obligation to be respected. The equipment concerned by these checks are among others: electricity, gas, smoke extraction, elevators, SSI, etc. There procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of the articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. For each batch, the maximum order amount per community, is as follows: For lot no. 01 - CENTRAL SECTOR Toulouse Métropole: 120, 000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT per period City of Toulouse: 360, 000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT per period The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
