Travel surveys Parking surveys The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The aim of this consultation is to be able to use service providers to quickly carry out travel and parking surveys prior to the creation of analyzes and diagnosis on the functioning of the areas surveyed. This framework agreement, managed by the Mobilités department of Toulouse Métropole, sets all the conditions for the execution of services, it is executed progressively as purchase orders are issued. by the contracting authority. The framework agreement is broken down into two lots: - Lot NO 1: Carrying out travel surveys - Lot NO 2: Carrying out parking surveys Each lot is transversal to all the departments of Toulouse Métropole: the purchase orders may therefore come from the different departments of Toulouse Métropole This lot includes 5 types of services: Directional counting - Origin/destination surveys - Video analyzes and behavioral studies - Travel time surveys - Surveys interview.
