The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes an “ordinary market” part and a “purchase order framework agreement” part. Context The Mechanized Fleets Department manages a heritage of more than 10, 000 pieces of equipment (including 2, 500 rolling vehicles, all engines combined) distributed among several entities within the Community. The Department has more than 170 agents who work to maintain the quality of these materials for the business departments who use them, relying on across 4 workshops and 3 stores. To manage this activity as efficiently as possible, the DFM has a fleet management IT tool making it possible to administratively manage this entire fleet of equipment. Objectives and issues The objective of this consultation is to renew the solution currently in place by purchasing a fleet management information system from a publisher/integrator for the implementation of this IT solution. The services concerned are the following: The acquisition of licenses for the software packages constituting the proposed application solution; Installation of this application solution: Installation/Integration of the solution into the overall IS of the Community; Technical validation of the installation of the solution.
