The PLIE is launching a framework agreement to respond to the mobility issue and enable for each participant to find a suitable and sustainable solution for home/work travel, or to expand the territorial scope in their job search, or to meet the requirements of an employer. The framework agreement, made up of 7 lots, takes take into account different aspects of mobility.
