Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Southern Leyte 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2026 & GAA FY 2024 (QRF), intends to apply the following sums (please refer to Paragraph 2) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following Contracts listed in Paragraph 2.
