The contracting authorities have decided to constitute a group of orders governed by the provisions of articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code concerning "the implementation and recurring operation of a Support Center IT which provides IT services within the Shared Digital Resources Department of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis and the City of Toulon (2 lots) "only for lot 1: Provision of a data center IT services, for a period of 2 years, renewable once, or four years maximum, between the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée, the EPCC OPERA TPM, the EPCC ESAD TPM, the CCAS of Toulon and the town hall of Revest les Eaux.
