1) The Department of Public Works and Highways South Cotabato 1st District Engineering Office, through the SR2026-03-02397 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos Only (Php 4, 999, 955.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26GMB0018 - Supply and Delivery of Fuel for use in the Maintenance Activity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
