The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Leyte 3rd District Engineering Office, Villaba, Leyte, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufactures/distributors/contractors to submit quotation for the procurement projects listed below under Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
