1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office, through the funds AMWP GAA 2026 Maintenance Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 3, 850, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase/delivery of Asphalt materials for use in Patching Potholes along Eastern Samar road network with ID No. 26GIB0012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
