1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office, through the funds Routine Maintenance 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱ 3, 531, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase of Fuel for the 3rd Quarter of CY 2026 with ID No. 26GIB0001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
