This consultation concerns the construction of fire-break crossings and maintenance of the gutters of Dax Cathedral (40100). The purpose of this contract consists, on the one hand, of improving the security of the building by fitting out a first part of the fire protection overlaps in order to compartmentalize the existing volumes to the right of: ‒ the staircase serving the floors, staircase located in the porch; ‒ the staircase located in the North branch of the transept at the rear of the Portal of the Apostles; - of the balconies of the attic galleries of the aisles of the nave; ‒ separation bays opening onto the high attics located at the level of the dome; ‒ balconies of the galleries of the attics of the aisles of the choir. and continue the maintenance work of all the gutters. On the other hand, this contract consists of the continuation of maintenance work on all the gutters. This intervention must also make it possible to evacuate all the lighting equipment which has been placed in gutters including the neutralization of supply circuits.
