1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Negros Island Region, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 24, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study of Banga-Kalumboyan-Ali-is Road Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Negros Island Region now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study of Banga-Kalumboyan-Ali-is Road Phase II.
