1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region (DPWH CAR), through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Six Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and Five Centavos (Php 28, 658, 782.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26CSP015 Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study of MATARAGAN, MALIBCONG - CONNER, APAYAO ROAD, Abra & Apayao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
