1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php749, 293.89 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26CSAG05 - Geotechnical and Geological Survey (Soil Boring Exploration) of a Bridge Project - Agno, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Geotechnical/Geological Investigation shall conform to DPWH Department Order No. 75, Series of 2024, Re: Guidelines for the Conduct of Geotechnical Investigation for all DPWH Infrastructure.
