The Department of Public Works and Highways - Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office, through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 193, 429.21 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26CSAG04 - Geotechnical and Geological Survey (Soil Boring Exploration) of Various Multi-Purpose Building Based on NEP 2026 - Agno, Anda, Dasol, and Bolinao, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
