1) The DPWH-Nueva Ecija 2nd DEO, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 8, 480, 417.94 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26CF0009 Asset Preservation Program - Preventive Maintenance - Secondary Roads - Nueva Ecija - Aurora Rd - K0165+000-K0165+432. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
