INVITATION TO BID FOR HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT (Rebid)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY, through the
GENERAL FUND CY 20264 intends to apply the sum of Php 208, 000.00 being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT (Rebid). Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY now invites
bids for HARDWARE & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT (Rebid)6 using the
Pooled Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days
from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
