INVITATION TO BID FOR TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
(Rebid)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY, through the
GENERAL FUND CY 20265 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 080, 319.00 being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY now invites
bids for TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS (Rebid)6 using the
Pooled Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days
from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
