INVITATION TO BID FOR CATERING WITH HOTEL VENUE AND
ACCOMODATION
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY, through the
GENERAL FUND CY 20264 intends to apply the sum of Php 257, 400.00 being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
CATERING WITH HOTEL VENUE AND ACCOMODATION. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GENERAL SANTOS CITY now invites
bids for CATERING WITH HOTEL VENUE AND ACCOMODATION6 using the
Pooled Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 1 calendar days
from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five
(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the
