1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Quirino District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱4, 950, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) - Public Water Supply System - Construction of Water System, La Conwap (Guingin), Nagtipunan, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
