1) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php38, 220, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26AC0032- SIPAG-Construction of Bridge, Carusipan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for 26AC0032- SIPAG-Construction of Bridge, Carusipan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.
