Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I, through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php29, 700, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Basic Infrastructure Program, Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Convention Center), Provincial Capitol Complex, Lingayen, Pangasinan Phase II with Contract ID No.26A00169. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I now invites bids for Installation Project Billboard/ Sign Board; Steel Works; Painting Works Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
