1.The subject of the order is:
a) delivery of tests and reagents for allergy diagnostics i autoimmune test using the FEIA method and control material and calibrators with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4.
b) rental of an analyzer for the determination of tryptase, specific IgE and total IgE - 1 piece with additional equipment for Clinical Immunology and Transplantology Laboratory with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - for reagents specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
The ordering party does not divided the order into parts because such a division is inappropriate in these proceedings, as the ordered product must be compatible with the leased analyzer, therefore, delivery from one Contractor will guarantee the fulfillment of this condition. Additionally, art. 91 of the Public Procurement Law does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into parts, but it provides the Ordering Party with the right to divide the contract, therefore it is impossible to formulate an objection inconsistent...
